It was once a retreat of Hawai`i’s Queen Emma. The tour takes you through the majestic gardens of beauty, a masterpiece of landscape design, and a natural showcase for tropical plants.

Jurrasic Park was filmed here as well as several other movies. It is located just past Poipu’s Spouting Horn.

There is a narrated guided and a self guided tour.  The guided tour takes you by tram, down to the valley floor.  It is worth the extra money to take the guided tour.

This Botanical Garden is by far, the best on the Island.  It sports a small gift shop and just opened a small cafe.
